Finger Lime Pulp

20% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with finger lime pulp.
Pleasurable

Finger Lime Pulp - Cut and open finger limes and remove cells.

Cornucopia is pleasurable quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin and 30ml finger lime juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Strain into glass and garnish with finger lime pulp and served in a martini glass cold.
