Method
  1. Fine dice walnuts apple and celery.
  2. Add to bottom of glass.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise.
  4. Add trout to glass.
  5. Pour vinegar over top trout.
  6. Add in the akvavit.
  7. Serve with cocktail bread.

Built with 30ml akvavit aalborg taffel and 15ml mayonnaise with 10ml vinegar champagne as well as 65ml trout smoked hot and best with an entree or small snack. Just fine dice walnuts apple and celery then add to bottom of glass and stir in mayonnaise. Add trout to glass and pour vinegar over top trout and add in the akvavit and serve with cocktail bread and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
