Method
  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Energizing

Claridge is energizing robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin cherry and 30ml vermouth bianco alessio with 15ml orange liqueur as well as 15ml apricot liqueur bvland including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
