Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnish top with candied lime peel.

Curacao Green - Green Curacao is a general term for orange flavoured liqueur made from the citrus of sour oranges found on the Caribbean island of Curacao.

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Candied Lime - Lime candied with sugar also called crystallized lime or glace lime.

Chu Chu is hork full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml lime liqueur keke and 15ml curacao green with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and served with sweet dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Fine strain into glass and garnish top with candied lime peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
