Gin Dry Ironbark Distillery

15ml

Orange Liqueur

20ml

Lemon Juice

200ml

Ice

28% Alcohol By Volume

1.8 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass over ice.
Flavoursome

Gin Dry Ironbark Distillery

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Chelsca Sidecar is flavoursome very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin dry ironbark distillery and 15ml orange liqueur with 20ml lemon juice as well as 200ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
