Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Dry stir well without ice.
Pour into glass over ice.

Rum Dark - Dark rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane by products such as molasses or honeys or directly from sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Rum Black - Black Rum are usually made from caramelized sugar or molasses. They are generally aged longer in heavily charred barrels giving them much stronger flavors.

Rum Light White - Light rums also referred to as silver or white are distilled alcoholic made from sugarcane have very little flavor aside from a general sweetness and clear liquid.

Centos is good looking full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 15ml rum dark and 15ml rum gold amber with 15ml rum black as well as 15ml rum light white including 10ml blackcurrant syrup torani also 100ml soda water together with 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a goblet glass cold.
