Celje Castle is restoring mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin santei and 60ml mead medovica with 160ml water hot and good with afternoon tea. Just warm glass and water then add gin into glass and pour in the mead. Stir in the hot water and served in a highball glass warm.
