Method
  1. Heat up balloon glass.
  2. Warm mixing glass and heat cubes.
  3. Add in whisky and sunrise lime.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Fine strain into glass.

Sunrise Lime Juice - Sunrise lime juice taken from sunrise lime where the pulp is pressed into a juice and has a bright sunshine color.

Heat Cubes - Heat cubes are like ice cubes but differ as they can be warmed and used with warm shaken cocktails and warm stired cocktails using convective heat transfer.

Calibrate is scrummy heavy cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml whisky beenleigh and 30ml sunrise lime juice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just heat up balloon glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and add in whisky and sunrise lime. Stir well and fine strain into glass and served in a balloon glass warm.
