Method
  1. Place half the ice into shaker.
  2. Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into rocks glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.
  6. Dress with baby carrot.

Shaken with 30ml vodka rocky jones and 10ml sambuca molinari with 50ml carrot juice as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place half the ice into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Pour all into rocks glass and fill glass with ice and dress with baby carrot and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
