Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Julep strain into glass.

Amaro Branca Menta - Branca Menta is intensely minty with herbs from five different continents.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Breizh is delectable average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml gin illegal tender and 15ml amaro branca menta with 30ml lemon juice as well as 30ml orange juice including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Julep strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
