Vodka Spencers - Spencers Vodka is made with premium golden sweet potatoes cultivated in rich volcanic soils with silky smooth with a creamy finish.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Autostart is sharp very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Layered with 60ml vodka spencers and 20ml lemon juice and best with buffet style food. Just warm serving glass then add in double of vofka into glass and pour in the lemon juice and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
