Athole Brose is appealing very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml whisky scotch johnnie walker high rye and 30ml honey dark and good with afternoon tea. Just warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker then warm serving glass and quick shake to mix. Fine strain into glass and served in a balloon glass warm.
