Method - Stirred - Cold

Cut fig into wedges and add to glass.
Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Pour into glass over fig wedges.
Sprinkle eau damis on top.

Fig Liqueur - Fig liqueur made and flavoured with sun ripe figs with a rich color and full fig taste.

Fig Juice - Juice made from figs.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Eau DAmis Liqueur - Eau DAmis Liqueur is made by distilling brown sugar with figs raisins dates and scented with saffron bergamot and citron.

Fig - Ficus carica is an species of flowering plant in the mulberry family known as the common fig. It is the source of the fruit also called the fig and as such is an important crop in those areas where it is grown commercially.

Ankh is scrumptious strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml fig liqueur and 30ml vodka morosha with 30ml fig juice as well as 100ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just cut fig into wedges and add to glass then add ice to mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Gently stir and pour into glass over fig wedges and sprinkle eau damis on top and served in a martini glass cold.
