Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Strain into glass.

Stirred with 30ml gin and 30ml lillet with 30ml sherry as well as 10ml orange liqueur including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
