Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to short tumbler.
Pour in shot of white grape brandy.
Add apple juice.
Float quince biiters on top.
Serve with custard apple.

Aerotropolis is tasty standard cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml eau de vie massenez and 50ml apple juice with 10ml bitters quince as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to short tumbler then pour in shot of white grape brandy and add apple juice. Float quince biiters on top and serve with custard apple and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
