iUncapped is lovely medium cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml cape velvet cream liqueur and 30ml brandy oude meester with 30ml cream hot as well as 90ml cake chocolate and served with sweet dishes. Just warm glass and cream then break up cake and add to glass and one side pour in the cape velvet. Other side add the brandy and pour warm cream on top and drop in a spoon for eating and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
