Zumbo is delightful heavy cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin teichenne larbre and 15ml orange liqueur solerno with 10ml vermouth dry as well as 10ml vermouth sweet including 10ml bitters fernet branca also 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
