Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Pour in chili gin.
Add the lemon juice.
Top with aloe vera soda.

Gin Chili 7K Distillery - 7K Distillery chili gin with carolina reaper chilli also juniper giving it that classic dryness and helping bring out a strawberry like flavour and chilli spice.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Aloe Vera Soda - Aloe vera soda is flavoured with aloe vera flesh and mixed with a water of carbon dioxide gas to make it fizzy.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Zoom Boom is appealing strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin chili 7k distillery and 15ml lemon juice with 45ml aloe vera soda as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into glass then pour in chili gin and add the lemon juice. Top with aloe vera soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
