  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add gin.

Zarzaparrilla is flavorous full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin golan heights and 50ml sarsaparilla with 10ml lime juice as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just pack ice into glass then add gin and pour in lime juice. Top with sarsaparilla and garnish with lime and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
