  1. Lightly warm mozzarella cheese.
  2. Place mozzarella cheese into glass.
  3. Pour over grape juice.
  4. Sprinkle over the aged grappa.
  5. Serve with knife and cocktail bread.

Just lightly warm mozzarella cheese then place mozzarella cheese into glass and pour over grape juice. Sprinkle over the aged grappa and serve with knife and cocktail bread and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
