Yod Kerch is nice looking mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml brandy eau de vie fort and 60ml biscuit oats with 30ml butter as well as 130ml milk hot and served for or with tiffins. Just warm stiring glass then crumble oats biscuit into glass and add in thebrandy. Place butter into mixing glass and stir in the hot milk and pour all into hot glass and served in a highball glass warm.
