Yin Martini is moreish quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml wine rice sake and 30ml gin dry the still with 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Strain into glass and garnish with yuzu peel knot and served in a martini glass cold.
