Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Pour in all ingredients.
  3. Quick shake.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.

Yellow Jacket is delightful quite strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka pineapple and 15ml yuzu liqueur choya with 15ml curacao yellow as well as 15ml pineapple juice including 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour in all ingredients and quick shake. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
