Yaphit is lovely full bodied cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Blended with 45ml honeydew melon liqueur and 30ml rum light white samai with 65ml honeydew melon pulp as well as 10ml honeydew melon syrup anoretti including 10ml water gelatin also 80ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just put ice into blender then pour all ingredients into cocktail blender and blend until smooth. Pour blended mixture into glass and served in a poco grande glass cold.
