Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice into collins glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Dry stir well in the absence of ice.
Gently stir.
Pour into glass over ice.

Sunrise Lime Juice - Sunrise lime juice taken from sunrise lime where the pulp is pressed into a juice and has a bright sunshine color.

Tonic Water - Tonic water is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Yanco is pleasant tasting average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin dry primary goods and 10ml sunrise lime juice with 30ml tonic water as well as 30ml lemon soda including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice into collins glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Gently stir and pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
