Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Campari - Campari is an capsicum liqueur considered an aparitif obtained from the infusion of extract of capsicum herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitter characterised by its dark red colour.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Berry Syrup Bickfords - Bickfords Berry Syrup is a bright ruby syrup thick and sweet rich in the bitter flavour of mixed red berries.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Yacht Club is gorgeous quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin navy strength fosseys and 30ml vermouth sweet with 10ml campari as well as 30ml orange juice including 10ml berry syrup bickfords also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
