Method - Poured - Warm

Warm glass and water.
Add water into glass.
Stir in the ginseng paste.
Add in the oysters.
Pour gin on top.
Add fork for eating.
Dress top with wedge of sunrise lime.

Built with 30ml gin oyster hickson house and 10ml ginseng paste with 20ml water hot as well as 90ml oyster and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just warm glass and water then add water into glass and stir in the ginseng paste.
