Method - Layered - Cold

Pour blue curacao into center of glass.
Add in the ice.
Slowly add the soda water.
Sprinkle shot of tsipouro on top.
Add some spicy food on the side.

Tsipouro - Tsipouro is a type of Greek brandy comes in two types pure and anise flavoured.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Curacao Blue Monin - Monin blue curacao with a bright blue color and full bitter orange peel taste.

Wog Boys is appealing full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml tsipouro and 60ml soda water with 10ml curacao blue monin as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pour blue curacao into center of glass then add in the ice and slowly add the soda water. Sprinkle shot of tsipouro on top and add some spicy food on the side and served in a highball glass cold.
