Method - Poured - Cold

Bew and chill butterfly pea tea.
Add the ice to glass.
Pour in the vodka.
Add in the butterfly pea tea.
Add lime and syrup.
Top glass with ginger beer.

Ginger Beer - Ginger beer is a sweetened and carbonated usually non alcoholic beverage using ginger spice yeast and sugar.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Swizzle Stick - Swizzle stick used for layed cocktail that are long cold and interactive and the original swizzle sticks were created from the Swizzle stick tree.

Witch Brew is chutny average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka and 15ml tea butterfly pea with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 35ml ginger beer also 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just bew and chill butterfly pea tea then add the ice to glass and pour in the vodka. Add in the butterfly pea tea and add lime and syrup and top glass with ginger beer and served in a highball glass cold.
