Wisco Country Club is delightful quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml gin billy goats and 15ml benedictine with 10ml grapefruit juice as well as 10ml bitters orange including 50ml sparkling wine white also 100ml ice and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into flute glass and served in a flute glass cold.
