Method - Shaken - Cold

Add all ingredients to shaker.
Dry shake without ice.
Add half the ice to shaker.
Pour all into short glass.
Top glass with ice.
Garnish with a cherry.

Shaken with 50ml whiskey irish and 20ml gin cherry black whitley neill with 30ml egg white as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake without ice and add half the ice to shaker. Pour all into short glass and top glass with ice and garnish with a cherry and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
