Method
  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.

Wild Island is freshening strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml bourbon wild turkey and 15ml schnapps with 60ml mandarin juice as well as 290ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a goblet glass cold.
