Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into bar mixing glass.
Pour ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnish top with candied lime zest.

Just place ice into bar mixing glass then pour ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and garnish top with candied lime zest and served in a martini glass cold.
