White Wine Negus Cold is reviving full bodied cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 120ml port wine white and 15ml lemon juice with 15ml orange juice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just use a room temperature glass then dip peel into sugar and burn peel and add to glass. Add in the orange and lemon juice and stir in the chilled cold white port wine and served in a wine glass at room temperature.
