Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Prong strain into glass.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Absinthe - Absinthe is an wormwood and anise flavored spirit derived from botanicals including the flowers and leaves of Artemisia absinthium together with green anise sweet fennel and other medicinal and culinary herbs and has a alcohol level between 45 to 75 percent.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

White Heather is gorgeous very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin mainbrace and 15ml orange liqueur with 15ml vermouth bianco as well as 10ml absinthe including 15ml pineapple juice also 100ml ice and best when a coffee is needed. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Prong strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
