Whistle Dizzy is enjoyable medium cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml hazelnut liqueur cream baileys and 30ml pineapple juice with 15ml peppermint liqueur berliner luft as well as 15ml cream and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes.
