Method - Poured - Cold

Place the ice cubs into glass.
Add in the shot of whisky.
Pour in honey and lemon juice.
Top glas with soda water.

Whisky Indri - Indri Whisky is a single malt is made from six row barley and aged in wine and sherry casks and golden amber colour.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Honey - Bees produce honey from the sugary secretions of plants or other insects through regurgitation enzymatic activity and water evaporation. Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs.

Club Soda - See soda water or Carbonated water.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Whisky Lemonade is finger licking full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky indri and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml honey as well as 50ml club soda including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice cubs into glass then add in the shot of whisky and pour in honey and lemon juice. Top glas with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
