Lemon Juice

Gomme Syrup

Method - Shaken -

Add half the ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Mix well with spoon.
Pour all into glass.
Add more ice to glass.
Extremely Pleasant

Whisky Smythers - Smythers Whisky

Whisky Smythers

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Gomme Syrup - Gomme syrup is made from arabic gum and cooked with water and sugar until thick and clear in color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Whisky Daisy Classic is extremely pleasant watery cocktail with no alcohol. Shaken with 60ml whisky smythers and 30ml lemon juice with 10ml gomme syrup as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and mix well with spoon. Pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a highball glass .
