Method - Poured - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add bitters to the edge of glass.
Add whiskey.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with lemon peel.
Pleasurable

Becherovka - Karlovarska Becherovka formerly Karlsbader Becherbitter is a herbal bitter often drunk as a digestive aid and knowen as Amaro.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is the skin of a lemon and full of lemon oils and are used in cocktail for taste and garnish and can be shaped in may styles.

Whiskey Highball is pleasurable strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whiskey four seasons and 10ml becherovka with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pack ice into glass then add bitters to the edge of glass and add whiskey. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon peel and served in a highball glass cold.
