Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add black berry liqueur to glass.
Pour in gin.
Top with lemon soda.
Garnish with a plump black berry.

Whipping Boy is lovely quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml blackberry liqueur kilchoman and 30ml gin wild river with 30ml lemon soda as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add black berry liqueur to glass and pour in gin. Top with lemon soda and garnish with a plump black berry and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
