Method - Poured - Cold

In a tumbler add the ice cubes.
Add ingredients into cold mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Pour into glass over ice.

Rum Buckeye - Buckeye classic caribbean rum is aged in oak barrels that produces a rich exotic and complexly flavoured Rum with banana and vanilla and named after the Caribbean Buckeye Butterfly.

Guava Liqueur - Liqueur with the strong flavour of guava fruit.

Guava Syrup Monin - Monin Guava flavoured syrup with fantastic red color.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Westmoreland is restoring full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum buckeye and 15ml guava liqueur with 10ml guava syrup monin as well as 45ml soda water including 190ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just in a tumbler add the ice cubes then add ingredients into cold mixing glass and gently stir. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
