Method
  1. Place some ice cubes into cocktail shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Add more ice to glass.
  6. Pleasurable

Welsh Collins Classic is pleasurable very strong cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whisky penderyn and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just place some ice cubes into cocktail shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a highball glass cold.
