Weather Underground is flavorous average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml licorice liqueur lakritsi and 15ml vodka black with 55ml cola soda as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place the ice cubes into glass then pour in the licorice liqueur and add cola soda. Sprinkle black vodka on top and served in a highball glass cold.
