Watermelon Caipiroska is savoury full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml watermelon liqueur tamborine mountain and 30ml vodka beluga noble with 30ml lime juice as well as 30ml watermelon pulp including 10ml sugar turbinado also 60ml ice and best with lunch. Just add watermelon pulp to glass then add lime juice and add sugar. Muddle well and pour in watermelon liqueur and top with crushed ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
