Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Add soda.
Garnish with caramel glazed walnuts.

Walnut Puff is yum yum mild cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml walnut liqueur toschi and 70ml milk with 70ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda and shake well. Strain into glass and add soda and garnish with caramel glazed walnuts and served in a goblet glass cold.
