Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with walnuts.

Gin O KIS - KI Spirits or Kangaroo Island Spirits gin Kangaroo Island Spirits highlighting juniper coriander and angelica root in a contemporary style.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Walnut - Walnut is the nut of any tree of the genus Juglans particularly the Persian or English walnut Juglans regia. Technically a walnut is the seed of a drupe or drupaceous nut and thus not a true botanical nut.

Walnut Martini is luscious very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml walnut liqueur russi and 30ml gin o kis with 30ml vermouth dry as well as 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with walnuts and served in a martini glass cold.
