Wairua is heavenly average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum light white and 10ml fassionola gold syrup with 60ml lemon soda lido as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into tall long glass then pour in shot of clear white rum and add in a splash of pineapple syrup. Top glass with lemon soda and served in a highball glass cold.
