Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Wachholderbeeren Hahnschwanz is delicious full strength cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml gin unfiltered dillons and 10ml curacao with 5ml bitters kenny as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
