Virgin is pleasurable very strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin 7k distillery and 15ml peppermint liqueur with 20ml apple juice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add all ingredients to shaker then shake well and strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
