Vieille Cure - A rather elegant old bottling of Vieille Cure herb liqueur. This was produced at LAbbaye de Cenon just outside Bordeaux in we estimate the 1950s.

Vieille Cure Frappe is heavenly watery cocktail with no alcohol. Built with 60ml vieille cure and 60ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just fill glass with shaved ice then pour vieille cure liqueur over ice and server with small blocks of cheese and served in a saucer glass cold.
